Žirovnica Commercial Service Center
In 2009 we intend to commence construction of a commercial service centre in Žirovnica which will include a local commercial centre with a supermarket and accompanying service activities.
A commercial service centre is envisaged in the northern part of the Business Zone on the Žirovnica-Breg municipal road which will include a local commercial centre with a supermarket and accompanying service activities and next to it, a building for postal, banking and other service and catering services.
The location of the commercial service centre is highly visible from the main road and from the Business Zone's entrance.
The land earmarked for the commercial service centre measures approximately 8,300 m2. Access to the centre will be possible from the local road on the western side. A special access road for deliveries will be enabled at the southern side. Approximately 177 parking spaces will be ensured around the centre.
