The existing Šenčur entrepreneurial and business-logistics zone is located between Kranj and the Jože Pučnik airport and encompasses a business space of over 20,000 m2. Due to an increasing need for new entrepreneurial service buildings, we are planning the expansion of the zone in the P4-west area.
The arranged area measures approximately 9,500 m2 and on the northern side borders on the Kranj – Brnik regional road, and on the southern side ends with the Ljubljana – Jesenice motorway. We also possess a non-built-up area measuring 1.5 hectares in the zone with construction projects being prepared for the years 2009 and 2010.
Through its exceptional location in the area of the Entrepreneurial and Business-Logistics Zone, it creates environmentally suited activities which require a modern conceptualised, logistically integrated and functionally equipped business environment.
