Construction for the market
We develop real estate projects for the market, under which we provide turnkey business and residential real estate or business and residential real estate constructed to the agreed construction phase to buyers or tenants.
Within a period of ten years, we have constructed six reference business facilities intended for the market in the Šenčur Entrepreneurial and Business-Logistics Zone:
- P2b7 facility (construction year: 2009, surface area: 20,408.60m²),
- P2b10 facility (construction year: 2008, surface area: 4,539.29m²),
- P2b12 facility (construction year: 2007, surface area: 7,165.21m²),
- B2a facility (construction year: 2006, surface area: 920.46m²),
- B2b facility (construction year: 2006, surface area: 1,813.78m²) and
- F facility (construction year: 2000, surface area: 2,635.01m²).
Ongoing projects:
We are developing a S2-14 residential estate of terraced houses, which will be located in Šenčur between Delavska cesta and the estate’s central roundabout.
