Development of business zones
Over the years, we have developed a close cooperation with the local communities in the region that have identified us as a trustworthy and a flexible partner. They appreciate our role in the development of the local economy; therefore, they invest their trust in us to carry out complex projects of developing industrial and entrepreneurial and business-logistics zones.
Šenčur Entrepreneurial and Business-Logistics Zone
For ten years now, we have been cooperating in the development of the Šenčur Entrepreneurial and Business-Logistics Zone located along the main road between Kranj and Brnik Airport and now includes over 170,000m² of business areas and 25ha of land.At the moment, there are over 100 various companies operating within the zone, which had in 2009 together generated nearly €240 million of income, €14 million of which was net profit. With the help of the Šenčur Entrepreneurial and Business-Logistics Zone, 500 work positions were created and a local industry that successfully defies market changes was developed. Due to the increasing need for new entrepreneurial and service facilities, we are planning the expansion of the zone to the P4-West area.
Žirovnica Business Zone
In addition to Šenčur Entrepreneurial and Business-Logistics, we are also currently developing the Žirovnica Business Zone located between the regional road Žirovnica – Vrba to the east and the Karavanke tunnel – Ljubljana motorway in the west.
The entrepreneurs are offered land plots with a public utility infrastructure at a competitive price and at a great location; whereas, early investors are also offered the possibility of creating parcels of land.
The business zone has a balanced architectural and urban design. It is located in a green and stimulating environment that encourages people towards innovation and creativity. Land plots in the zone already have installed the most modern public utility and technical infrastructure, the public utility infrastructure also includes the possibility of connection to road, water and sewerage lines and electricity, telecommunication and gas lines.
We always handle business zones development projects with care and prudence:
- we prepare economic and technical feasibility studies,
- we prepare foundation for necessary spatial planning acts,
- if necessary, we purchase land plots on the area in question,
- we handle the construction of the public utility infrastructure,
- we prepare technical and projects documents,
- we obtain building and operating permits,
- construct individual buildings for known clients and
- market land plots with the public utility infrastructure in the zone.
