Floor ownership
We carry out all services related to the establishment of floor ownership in business and residential facilities:
- execution of necessary geodetic services and study report preparation for entry of the building into the Land Registry,
- preparation of a document/agreement for the division of real estate into floor ownership,
- entry of the floor ownership into the Land Registry,
- entry of the floor property owners into the Land Registry at their administration units and
- arranging mutual relations between the floor property owners (contractual).
