Floor ownership

We carry out all services related to the establishment of floor ownership in business and residential facilities:

  • execution of necessary geodetic services and study report preparation for entry of the building into the Land Registry,
  • preparation of a document/agreement for the division of real estate into floor ownership,
  • entry of the floor ownership into the Land Registry,
  • entry of the floor property owners into the Land Registry at their administration units and
  • arranging mutual relations between the floor property owners (contractual).
In relation to the above services, we also provide legal consultation and preparation of material law foundations.
