Marketing and intermediation
We provide overall marketing and intermediation services to our business partners’ construction projects.
Within this segment, we also act with the overall range of professional knowledge and if necessary turn for help to other professionals from the Ržišnik Perc Group companies. We assume full responsibility on behalf of our investors and buyers or tenants.
For intermediation services, we have developed a special project planning approach ranging from market situation analysis to preparing material law, technical and marketing documents to ensure successful marketing.
We also prepare all types of legal foundations used for real estate trade activities, and we also ensure the proper execution of legal procedures related to the real estates.

- transfer of real estate ownership,
- creation of easement and entry of easement in the Land Registry, and
- division of joint property between co-owners.
